Dr. Sotelo is wonderful, she worked at Optum which is not wonderful ( owned by United Healthcare ) I would never get to see her if I was actually sick only my annual well check that I had to make more than 6 months in advance, because they never let a dr to cut off taking new patients. She left because she didn't feel she was able to give her patients her time and started her own membership based practice. I understand why, I am just truly sad to lose a dr I loved because I cannot afford her membership on top of my insurance.

Dr. Sotelo has been my physician for a few years. I had my yearly physical today and as usual… I left feeling happy and heard. She responds to all of my concerns and is so personable. Her staff is wonderful too!

I called the staff at this place and they were very rude and condescending. They provided inconsistent information, since I was told that they were taking new patients and then they told us they were NOT taking new patients. The disparity in communication in the staff can cause detrimental problems in the future in regards to the treatment of patients, so I will be taking my health elsewhere.

Dr. Lieberman Sotelo is a wonderful doctor with great bedside manner and a great personality. She is extremely thorough and listens intently.
