Dr. Courtney Gibbs Walters, MD

Have used this group of doctors for 4+ years. Their administrative staff, and lack of technology is deplorable. They tell you to sign into portal on website to update records and still give you a stack of papers to fill out when you get there. Asking questions like “when you first started having periods” etc. They must not keep anything from the previous visit! Every page requires your name , dob etc! They start over every visit! They will send you a daily emails and phone calls reminding you of your appointment yet failed to mention I could bring an 11 year old I babysit. We both showed up with the required mask as their dozen of emails reminded us to do so. They told me I would have to reschedule or child could stay in car! Then when I submitted my paperwork marked “Same” for all the things that did not need updating they told me I would have to do it all over again because it didn’t meet “protocol”. Then the admin told me she didn’t like the way I talked to her when I calmly… told her I would not redo the papers. If anyone in this office had to go through what I had to just to have a once a year check up they would not go back! Perhaps “undercover boss” would give them a real view if the terrible processes in place. My former doctor quit working here because of all the stress. As a customer I refuse to go through this every again!

Dr Walters was great. She was very clear about my options and very easy to talk to. Staff was very friendly and extremely helpful.

Rude staff, Rude, insensitive nurses, long wait times. Difficultt to get an appt.

Dr. Walters is an excellent doctor. I highly recommend her to anyone in the DFW area

Dr. Walters and the entire staff is amazing. They are very friendly and helpful and very accommodating. They are an all female group which is really nice because they understand my concerns and issues. Sometimes I have to wait to get an appointment but I don't mind, that just means they are good! The front desk and clinical staff are very accommodating.

Very unfriendly, unresponsive and unprofessional office staff. Changed doctors after 1st visit!
