Dr. Craig Joseph Gardner, DO

His office is not accommodating, very self-centered. Dr. Gardner shows no concern for the patient ,condescending, feels like you are wasting his time. He doesn’t have the ability to express empathy , most disturbing is that he’s really not intelligent, stumbling on explaining things , discouraged, any questions . When I asked about an alternative diagnostic test to confirm findings, he simply said “we don’t do it, It’s not something we’re not interested in doing “ and on further questioning “it was not worth pursuing offering the diagnostic “ This is seriously what he said, “no financial gain “. Not interested in things that don’t give him monetary reimbursement. Disingenuous Do not recommend his affiliations would make you think that he has something to offer, but found that not to be the case.

Called for an appointment, was explained in a very rude manner by a supervisor that they do not accept the insurance or VA Veterans, was told "just google it" instead of asking for suggestions when told to contact your office via a hospital visit and hung up on. Very unhelpful and unprofessional staff at reception.

A+ for Dr. Gardner and his entire staff! I went into today for a new patient visit. The entire experience was great! The office staff was so kind and pleasant. I was seen right on time, which was a nice surprise! Dr. Gardner was a great listener and very patient! He did not rush me at all. He was knowledgeable and thorough. Based on my experience today, I would most definitely recommend his practice.

Doctor Gardner was spectacular in treating my migraines that I have suffered with for over 15 years. After several treatments I was feeling much better. I would definitely send my family to this doctor.

Do not wast your time, find another neurologist

I do not recommend this doctor. Find another Neurologist.

Usually makes you wait 30-45 minutes then we were 8 minutes late for an appointment and he wouldn't see my wife with MS. His staff is absolutely miserable but considering who they work for I can understand. He never believes anything she tells him and belittles her to the point my wife sometimes leaves almost crying. He has no empathy for his patients and his staff treats you like cattle. I told my wife to find another Doctor because I refuse to take her back to him anymore, I don't care if I have to drive to her to Pittsburgh to find another neurologist!

I have been to that office more than a handful of times, and EVERY time the staff there is completely ignorant. In addition to the treatment you get while in the office, they are even WORSE on the phone. That is, when they actually answer the phone. I have NEVER written a bad review about anyone, but this has just happened one too many times. I can't believe that the doctors actually keep that staff on board. They are what brings down the quality of care that the doctors work hard to acheive. I can honestly say, I was sitting in the waiting room, and a man that had to be in his late 80's, was referred by one of his doctors over in the hospital, so he walked ALL the way over to schedule and appointment, with his cane and shaking legs, only to be barked at by the miserable sow at the front window stating "YOU NEED TO CALL TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT!" And I kid you not, she actually sent this man packing! My mother was sitting there with me, and we were appalled. I work in the medical… profession, and this was just so disgusting.

Dr. Gardner has been my husband's doctor for Parkinson's disease for the past 6 years. He has been thoughtful and careful in medication and treatment advice.

The Doctor and his assistant were both very knowledgeable and handled my case well.
