Truly lacking in compassion and respect for patients. She was harassing and degrading to me.

Does not keep her word. Suing her. Promised me a rose garden never got proper treatment. Just substandard care.

Doesn't take the time to fully address your concerns. More concerned about HER time constraints. Upon discharge from outpatient PT, I was able to walk 70 feet. Now I can not even stand. 2 yrs still no hospital bed. No PT because they ordered a new wheelchair. What is that about? Am suing on the grounds of negligence/substandard care. My ex- case manager is also going to take the hit.

a Dr. who must've lost her passion. Rude, condescending and does not return phone calls. All she wanted to do was sell us botox injections. We said "no thanks", and she was pretty much done with our appointment. Should've left when her first words were "why do you think I can help you?" Sorry..... we were told to see a physiatrist and you were recommended by my husbands therapist at Kessler. Just so you know, I have a doctorate too, but I don't use it as a license to be demeaning and dismissive.

Dr McKenna has been a wonderful resource and a dr who tries beyond trying, to help me get pain relief after a spinal cord injury. She is encouraging and compassionate ,as a lot of meds we tried I somehow cannot take. She has never not helped me out even after I tried many different procedure s with other practitioners. She is a great pain doctor.

post concussion and hysterical two months after accident symptoms memory loss and vestibular and non stop tinuittis no sleep due to hearing issues headaches hearing loss seizures, Counted down the days to see Dr Mckenna. Thank you Dr Mckenna you really looked at me unlike the other Drs who downplayed my injury due to diagnostic proof.. You arranged for furthur treatment for symptoms and you saved my life.I will never be as I was pre injury ,but as a fighter I have adapted to my symptoms. That one appt with you made the difference.

This is an incredible Physician who takes the time to understand her patients, and provides the best care I have ever received. She understands the pain I endure on a daily basis and addresses it.
