Dr. Cristina Ada Scatigno, PhD

She had seen my daughter and my daughter was having anxiety. My daughter decided to do something and Cristina did not like her choice about school. She proceeded to yell at me and tell me I needed to take parenting classes and proceeded to yell at us both and treat us very horrible. We both left her office with the worst feeling ever and never returned. My daughter has done wonderful and is off to college. She saw another therapists after Cristina and it was a much better experience. I have never had a therapists yell and belittle me the way she did. It is her way or no way and she will not hesitate to tell you about it. Sometimes a mother has a better understanding of her daughter than the therapist does and at that point you need to follow what you as the parent feel is the right thing to do. I hope Cristina has learned and no longer treats her patients like this. Just beware this is how she treated us.
