Dr. Crystal Melanie Bowden-Mckay, MD

I have been seeing Dr Bowden for a few years and am so happy to have found her. Sought her out to get a second opinion. She reviewed my records prior to our first visit which helped it be very informative. Discussed further work up based on previous results and my concerns and symptoms also discussed next steps depending on those results. Leaving the first appointment I had learned more and had a more of a direction and hope than I had in any of my prior appointments with specialists. Since that time I have had procedures with her which were so much easier and pleasant than I would have imagined. So much better now with her management and care but will continue to follow up with her.

Best experience with a doctor I’ve had in a long time. Thorough and helpful. Spent time reviewing my records and going through further work up and treatment plan. Explained everything well. Actually saw a doctor and not a nurse or P.A.

I went in for an x-ray review/new patient appointment where a nurse confirmed I had gotten my x-rays done earlier in the day. I show up and Bowden-McKay says "yeah I don't have your x-rays so this appointment is useless" and then proceeds to say we can't really do next steps without them, but not to worry because "you'll be seeing A LOT of me". It was unprofessional, dehumanizing, and I can't believe I had to pay for that traumatizing experience. This office is horrifying. Don't waste your time and your health.
