Dr. Ryan Menzies Tierney, MD

I am now a 3-time cancer survivor. In 1987 I was diagnosed with incurable/inoperable stage 3 nodular lymphoma. I was told by an Oncologist in Dallas I had 5-7 years to live, no matter what I did. I chose aggressive treatment with 10 mos of chemo and 35 days of radiation. Whew. In 2001 I had another challenge and more chemo, but no radiation. This year, I was diagnosed with breast cancer. My surgeon, Dr. Chris Bailey, and my oncologist, Dr. Punit Chadha, both exceptional, recommended I see Dr. Tierney for a SAVI radiation procedure. I actually had a good experience. In my opinion, Dr. Tierney is brilliant, compassionate, and I felt like I was in good hands. His nurse, Toni, and staff, are gentle, knowledgeable and so proficient. Thank you, Dr. Tierney.

Dr Tierney may look like a high school student, but when he starts to talk, you realize his knowledge of Oncology and radiation therapy goes well beyond his years and makes you feel comfortable. He is supported by a wonderful staff that makes you feel like you are the only patient of the day
