Dr. Cynthia Anne Pham, DO

I went to Dr. Cynthia Pham about 5 years ago. To this day and for the rest of my life, I will never forget her callousness and the harm that she inevitably did. She should not have a Dr.'s license. That's how bad it was, and it's been 5 years. DO NOT GO TO GET FOR ANY REASON.

Dr. Pham was very nice and really seemed like a good doctor. As soon as my first visit was over, there was zero follow up. My Appointment was early Jan 2020, I had a physical done with blood/urine work. I had blood in my urine so it was urgent to get the results. After weeks, I called and asked for the results. I also asked that my blood test results be sent to my home, still hasn't happened. Also, she refused to refill an asthma medication when the pharmacy requested it. So nice! Do not waste your time or money!

Dr.Pham, listens patiently and gives advise and explains about treatment options very well. No rushing.I will recommend Dr.Cynthia Pham to everyone.

Dr. Pham is very short with patients and does not care about accurately diagnosing patients.

The worst Dr. I have seen so far. She was rude and don’t care about you just want to charge you and your insurance over and over again. She does not spend enough time with you and want to go to the next patient very quickly. She schedules you many times for different reasons just to charge the insurance multiple times. In office lab also over charges you and your insurance, don’t use them just get an order and go to Labcorp or somewhere else, they are cheaper and can tell you if you have to pay anything out of pocket upfront. In office lab tells you nothing or telling you that you don’t pay any out of pocket but later you get bills from somewhere else. The office workers also were rude and don’t care about you. I observed how they treated patients and couldn’t believe that they are professionals that should take care of people. I didn’t liked how they treated me so I found a new Dr.

She has nice feet

When I first moved to the area 2 years ago I was in a hurry for a work ordered physical and Dr. Pham was the only doctor that could see me on short notice. I thought I would change doctors once I got settled. It's been 2 years and I haven't felt the need to look for another. Dr. Pham and her entire staff are truly professional in patient care and building a personal relationships.

Excellent and efficient doctor and staff. Great level of service as it relates to health services. Very knowledgeable doctor and explains well.

HORRIBLE. Worst doctors visit ever! Two weeks to get blood work back. She's rude!
