She did a macroplatique operation on me over 10 years ago and saved my life! She's wonderfully caring. An excellent doctor!

Dr.Hall was a God sent to me! I had the 1st TVM with bowel lift in in 2006 2nd in 2010 I had the johnson and johnson TVM and 4 revisions after. Over the years I have had numbness/nerve problems/back,leg,and groin pain/ forget about sex / and ultimately depression because nobody would listen to me.(it's been a nightmare!) Oddly enough when I went back to my urologist she wanted to revise again?Thank God I decided to seek out a second opinion with Dr. Hall. She actually listened and after examining me set up a date for surgery but unlike my other doctor she also took the time to explain to me what was going on. I will forever be grateful to her/ no leg or groin pain anymore/ no fluid retention/ sex is a go without pain/ depression is good(I have hope again) The office was very pleasant/ time was maybe 15 min wait so also very good. Most importantly Dr Hall was very nice answered all my questions/ very reassuring before surgery/ and due to her my life is slowly getting back to normal.… Thank you!

My most memorable moment with Dr. Hall was being charged more money because I'm disabled and it takes me longer. They charged me $100 more for Dr. Hall to help me after her RN left and Dr. Hall had to help me get dressed and put on my shoes. Her office exam tables are too high and her restroom was not friendly for the disabled wheelchair bound. Her restroom had no hand rails when I saw her and her exam tables were too high for wheelchair transfers. I highly recommend you bring a camera or small sized video cam to record this too as I did, Also, bring a witness and tape recorder. Her male front office staff worker was rude.

My grandmother had been misdiagnosed by her doctor from UCLA for years. Dr. Cynthia Hall was able to identify that she had a recurring bladder infection. My grandmother, Iranian by decent, does not speak english very well but Dr. Hall and her staff made my grandmother feel very comfortable, and went above and beyond to inform her. She was so appreciative of Dr. Hall's attention and help that she asked me to write a review on her behalf. She was told by her friend that doctor Hall was the best Urogynecological Surgeon in the city and that there was no problem she could not diagnose or fix. My grandmother wanted everyone to know that her friend was telling the truth, and would never consider going to another doctor.

Dr. Hall was more thorough than any doctor i have ever seen! I have multiple problems and she took the time to explain each one along with treatment options for each. i ultimately decided upon surgery which went perfectly. I feel like a new woman thanks to Dr. Hall!

Dr. Hall is excellent physician. She is very caring and goes far and beyond to provide excellent cares to women. I would recommend Dr. Hall to friends and family.

You are a walking credit card to this doctor. Not only did they NOT confirm an appointment but they charged my sweet 78 year old Mother over $100 for it. Going to a urologist is embarrassing enough but to have an arrogant and disrespectful staff who completely lack compassion or understanding whatsoever makes this office a huge PASS. Even though we requested a female doctor, my Mother was very well taken care of by more highly reputable male urologist. This is not the kind of office I would ever recommend. There are so many better urologists in Los Angeles and at Cedars Sinai that there is no need to waste time here.
