Dr. LaGone is without a doubt the best Dr. I've had at NW. She is indeed kind, but most importantly thorough and knowledgeable. After 20+ years seeing her, I had to switch Dr.'s because she and her nurses and Dr. partners are simply not accessible. Accessibility is the reason you have a primary care doctor. How many DAYS did I wait for a refill for back pain meds; how many DAYS did I wait for a prescription to Physical Therapy (the law though has just changed where you don't need a prescription); how many DAYS did I wait for a nurse to return my call when I was told to call and make an appointment that very day? Over and over each visit or call worsened. Sadly, I had to move on to a primary care Dr. that is accessible along with her staff. The new Dr. is not the same as Dr. LaGone, but you can't wait days on end for a nurse or fellow Dr. to call you back. I'll adjust to the new ...
