Absolutely without a doubt the best Doctor ever. He will never give up, so dedicated to patient outcomes. He saved my life! There is no doubt most Doctors would have given up on me, so thankful Dr. Stiff did not. 3 years post SCT (AML FLT 3) I am 100% healthy with zero side effects. Incredibly knowledgeable, kind and funny. Great Dr. AND person!

My family will forever regret consulting with Stiff for my father’s stem cell transplant. After deemed cancer free he died of the common cold. Stiff used aggressive off label drugs for mild gvhd which destroyed his immune system. Chances are good he would still be here had we chose another dr. He lacked communication and was absent throughout most of the transplant isolation. Highly recommend someone other than stiff for stem cell transplants

1st time meeing this man. Made us feel very inferior. Seems to have no humanity quality. Each person going thru cancer is unique in how their body handles cancer. Then all the side effects body takes from medicine. Each one needs to be evaluated differently. Granted there is a basic idea or Formula. But, does not always work. Total evaluation of that persons body. Like a cooking pot. Things come to a head eventually. All I can say he needs to stop and smell the roses or check he evaluations more. Things can change in an instant.

Please read: KNOW YOUR DOCTOR'S BACKGROUND. My loving sister, a spectacular mother and wife died under the care of Dr Stiff, who once said we were bothering him during an off hour call. We only saw him during pre chemo visits, NEVER when she was in the hospital...then we only saw his minions. AWFUL CARE, SARCASTIC, and downright mean person. She died of bleomycin lung toxicity, which could have been prevented if the doctor would have ordered lung testing during her chemo. SO SAD. Please heed my warning. We are left with her children who have no mother. Terrible.

His name matches his demeanor, stiff. Forgot to do pulmonary function tests and my 52 sis died bleomycin toxicity. He doesn't like to be bothered and makes feel guilty. Too many pt. andrarely is seen when hospitalized. Pawns off pt on his assoc. He's sarcastic, cold, and arrogant. So what if he's got all this experience, if he's never available to help, what good is he as your oncologist. He's just looking to fill up his file cabinet and you'll be another number. Think about it, please.

Knowledgable, personable, easy to get an appointment, nice staff. Great care. Awesome.

Dr Stiff has taken.care of my husband for eight years. I appreciate how he communicates and includes family members. He is brilliant but he also made me feel that he really wanted to cure my husband. Dr Stiff and his staff are the best in.the USA
