Dr. Post is a wonderful psychologist and counselor who has helped me work through many issues with patience and determination including, divorce, bad finances, overweight, career uncertainty, and re-entering the dating world. She has worked with me individually, and provided resources and referrals for additional insight as she thought would be helpful. She is truly committed to helping each patient improve their life with all the resources she can think of, with no professional ego whatsoever. With her constant support, I have come out on the other side a much better and stronger person with a true knowledge and love of myself. I have found her to be completely professional - and a mixture of supportive, encouraging, and a firm compassionate voice when I needed it most. I tried other therapists before working with Dr. Post - there is no comparison. Dr. Post is the best.
