Dr. Saucedo has been my doctor for at least 12 years now and she is wonderful!

Dr. Saucedo has always done a perfect job for me. I've been going to her for the past 10 years and I never received bad advice or treatment from her. I would definitely give her name and phone number to anyone who needed a doctor.

Dr Saucedo is not a good dr she doesn't care about her patients. She is not a good listener. She doesn't explain well. Simply doesn't care!!. Seems that she only cares about getting paid!!

I would not recommend this doctor because her staff is rude, incompetent, and never follows up. It typically takes a min of 3 voicemails before they will respond. I e been seeing her for years because she is nice and I only go for colds and minor issues. It was too much hassle to switch,so I dealt with her crappy staff. Recently I had to have surgery, and her staff repeatedly dropped the ball. I ended up having to see another dr to pick up the pieces. Wait time in office is also pretty bad. Overall big fat F due to staff

My husband made a follow-up appointment and had to cancel due to work sending him out of town. When I called to reschedule, I spoke with Dr. Saucedo's receptionist who refused to look up his appointment- and did not allow me to cancel or even confirm his appointment. I had to call back at a different time and ask to speak with a different person who looked up the appointment and at that time I decided to find another doctor. For doctors to want to charge for missed appointments then refuse to help reschedule an appointment- its ridiculous.

Dr. Saucedo has issues running her office. The receptionist staff is almost rude, her assistant is incompetent, the wait time is ridiculous, and the follow up is non existent. When I went for lab work, the lab had moved and the office staff didn't know it. The answering machine is plugged into the North Central Hospital, not the dr's office. I asked them to send in my scripts, big mistake; they didn't get it until I called the Dr's office several times. Dr Saucedo borders too busy talking to pharmecital reps, as you wait and wait and wait Yuk not going back

I ALWAYS waited at least 45 minutes in the waiting room. THEN put in the exam room only to wait an average of 45 more minutes. It happened EVERY time I went and I have two small children taht I had to arrange a sitter for. She is nice enough and has acceptable bedside manner but she didn't seem that knowledgable. i had to tell her some things I read on the internet about one medicine vs. another. I will be switching doctors.

Trying to get presciption filled is very diffictult. I was told to have the pharmacy fax over a scipt instead of getting a written one from the Dr. Big mistake. It took three days to get it from the doctor. I've waited no nearly a week for lab results for Pre Op to be sent over to my surgeon. I've gotten nothing but a big runaround. No One follows up. There are so many salesman in her office, you get pushed backed and she meets with them first...every single time.I was called to the office last time for no reason. They just want their office fees.Looking for new doctor pronto.

She is an acceptable doctor if you have an easily treatable virus. If she happens to give you a medication that doesn't work or causes bad side effects, you can forget getting a call back.
