Very professional staff, clean office, and doctor is fantastic.

I had a great experience. All my questions and concerns were answered with great clarity.

He is very quick, often leaves the room to take a call or answer his assistants. During my visit, I asked him to take a sample for lab analysis so the right antiobotic would be chosen. He almost laughed. Next time, after I convinced him to take it and lab results came back, I was right. He had to prescribe another set of antibiotics on the spot. His office should have called me upon getting lab results and told me to stop taking first kind or at least see doctor. Branovan did not admit or apologize to me. This is highly unprofessional. I do not have medical degree but I am highly educated and see a screw up. Find another doctor who cares. There is nothing worse than being disappointed while sick

Came to the office everything was alright... When he came into the room he was very quick .. Would kinda cut me off to do an exam faster... Then his phone rang and he said "excuse me I have to pick it up.. "He goes to whoever called him" just wait 2 minutes on the phone.".. Turned around to me and said have a good day... Basically was very unprofessional.. Besides that I am Russian and while I was waiting for him in another room I heard him clearly speaking good Russian.. When I started talking with him Russian he continued speaking English.. Doctor seemed very conceited

With declining health and a lump on my neck, I was diagnosed with hurthel cells in my thyroid at NY Methodist. Surgery was recommended. I went to Dr. Banovan at NY Eye & Ear, who I had seen for hearing loss, and who also did successful sinus polyps removal on my child. After reviewing my medical records and examinging me, he agreed on the surgery. Shortly after surgery, my health began to noticeably improve greatly. Every time I've seen this doctor, he's always been professional, answers all my questions, explains things. I find him to be thorough, patient and not pushy at all.

I went to him and he tried to push thyroid surgery on me - following this opinion I went to two other doctors (reputable, in new york magazines best doctors) and they said I do not need surgery at all and that he was just trying to push surgery for the money. I later found out from another physician in his office that he is well known amongst the doctors to push surgeries to make more money back from insurance companies. As I said, stay away from this scam of a doctor!

I came here trying to figure out why I had lost almost all of my hearing in one ear. Considering the doctor I wanted to see was busy I decided to give Dr. Branovan a try. During the office visit he made me go through every scan and every restyle office offered regardless of what I needed, obviously milking my insurance was very important to me. Then he went on a rant of how I have a viral inflammation of my nerve and that I would never hear again. He said my only chances of gutting my hearing back would be to take steroids but I would get fat and it would advers,y affect my overall health. I left his office upset and confused, my daughter persuaded me to get a second opinion and thank god I did. As it comes out, Dr. Branovan totally misdiagnosed me, all I had was a bacterial ear infection that simply needed antibiotics. Run from this doctor he will not help you, he is too busy trying to get your money.

I had him perform a biopsy for me (not knowing of his unethical reputation at the time) and it came out benign. He insisted I have him perform surgery. Following this appointment I went to two well known doctors for a second opinion and they both said there is absolutely no reason for surgery when my results are benign. He is quick to jump to do surgery as surgery brings in a lot of revenue. I later found it, that his reputation is always to push for unneeded surgeris. Strongly recommend you do not use this doctor.

The results from my biopsy came out benign yet Dr. Branovan insisted I have surgery. Following this I went to two well recommended doctors and they both agreed that this was completely unnecessary. I was also told off the record that Dr. Branovan pushes to make surgeries out of nothing at all - guess someone wants to make more money. Very unprofessional as well in regard to his bedside manner etc.

I recommend this doctor highly.
