Been seeing Eva for about 6 months on my last visit we talked about my MRI which there was many issues I felt Eva like she didnt explain to me just wanted to set up injections for my lower back on the 12th this month I explained to her my doctor hadnt got my results on my blood work and would let her know when he gave me the ok never told her I wouldn't do the injections but her whole attitude changed from nice Eva to rude a lady in the waiting room told me if I dont get there injections they would make excuses to discharge and she did just that very unprofessional but thanks to daniel L.Burkead and front desk people very nice

Did MRI for her it stated there is a retroaortic left vein she kept insisting it was my right side so came back to my visit the 13th and told her I was gonna wait for the primary doctor get results of blood tests because my blood pressure been high and she became a whole different person fro7m nice to mad I understand i might of failed a drug screening but she had 6 months to tell me this but she waited for the moment for me to say I wasnt gonna do the shots to act so rude witth me I just need about a week to get my results I know I have alot going on with my hack and she goes on about me trying to sell my pills im thinking im Mexican thats y A oldet lady from my last visit said to me if you dont get tje injections they will discharge and in your reviews it say if your not making them money u will be told this is your last visit I hope Dr Daniel L Burkhead sees this have a good day Daniel..

after 4 years of surgeries & injections(failed), i am now being told i don't need pain management anymore. what is one to do? it seems like i'm being forced to look elsewhere for pain management, & i don't like the options

This practice only wants patients who want injections otherwise we will abandon you. They want to make lots of money off you then kick you to the curb. They talk about the patient's as drug addicts. Scary Dr.

I was discharged from their services BC of a 2 nd drug test negative in 4 yrs(,I had the flu). What happens to folks who test positive for illegal drugs. They refused me an appointment with my Dr, Dr Burkhead. I was a trauma nurse 30 yrs and worked PT at the surgery center with Burkhead. I have overheard how they treat some patients. Without them ...... The things they have done is not right and Burkhead has to know some of this. Take accountability. If a nurse did half of what this office has he done he would have their head. You all should walk a day in a patients life, with spinal disease, nerve,autoimmune, the night time and storms are a blast. Show compassion and this is how a nurse is treated. What about the RX illegal crap. I have to call on some questions.

one of the best medical appointments i have ever had. The staff was courteous knowlegible and very empathetic. I wish all Drs and their staff could be like this.

Great practice, took the time to clarify any questions I had. Found it especially helpful to fill out the paperwork from their website, ahead of time. Very nice doctors who care about getting to the source of the problem, rather than throwing medications at it. Thank you.

my first visit with this dr.it took 2 weeks to get a appt which was okay.had appt set up.got a call the day before to come in early.took off work eariler and went in .waited and waited pts in and out.finally someone said as soon as they get a room they would get me back and that they didnt forget me. a few more pts came in and some left.went to front to cancel appt to leave.very poor service for a first time pt.you at less could have told me why you wanted me early and keep me then keep me waiting.the pt is suppose come first,we are in pain dont feel good at least keep us informed if your running late;;;never saw the dr....
