Spent plenty of time going over the condition and treatment options. Answered all of my questions and gave me time to think about it without any pressure. The surgery went better than expected, and I couldn't ask for a better surgeon.

I would have been grateful for this doctor even if our outcome had been different. He’s a light!

Dr. Couture saved my life! I had severe back and leg pain to the point I couldn't walk. He did a minimally invasive procedure on my back and I woke up without any more pain. I'm back to all my old activities and you can't even see the scar. I would highly recommend him.

Saw me quickly and did a wonderful job with surgery. No pain any more, and you can hardly see the scar.

Dr. Couture operated on my son after a head injury. He would certainly have died if he had not been there. I can't thank him enough.
