He does not have sufficient listening skills and is prone to pre-judging. Bad qualities in a psychiatrist. I recommend you stay away from this individual.

He’s the most arrogant, in compassionate person I’ve had the displeasure to see ! He knows nothing about benzo withdrawals and asked me how much coffee I had because I was shaking and in distress and said my burning skin was anxiety! Dr Heather Ashton is the leading authority on this subject and Antidepressants and Z drugs and he discounted her scientific knowledge because she’s from the UK ! Stay away from him and see Marcello Marviglia MD instead , for Opiates and Street drugs and prescription drugs, I’m still struggling 22 months because of him and Dr Mcilwain incompetence!! Good luck with your healing and recovery ??

Dr Duhigg's ego and arrogance don't allow for any type of valuable discourse. I don't even think the guy is capable of listening at all. I felt insulted and rediculed the entire time I saw. His condescending attitude is absolutely not needed by patients seeking treatment for mental health issues.

Not quite sure what other reviewers were thinking, he is really focused and considerate. He listened very well and did his best to help me. I have a feeling he is very busy!

If you're an adult and desire to be spoken to as if you were 3 years old, this is the man to see. Attempts to impress you with his wealth of knowledge and compassion, using the term "we" to make you believe he's 'with you' on this, ie, "when WE have mental issues such as YOURS, WE do this and WE do that". WE might want to get off the "I'M Dr. God" ego trip that WE'RE on. Idiot
