Oswari was a horrible doctor and should have never treated patients to begin with. God awful staff also. Best wished in prison. A doctor was sentenced yesterday to 15 months in prison, three years of supervised release and ordered to pay restitution of $1.9 million and forfeiture of $54,000 for his role in two separate conspiracies to defrauding New Jersey state health benefits programs and accepting kickbacks in exchange for referring laboratory work. Dr. Daniel Oswari, 51, of Bordentown, New Jersey, pleaded on Dec. 16, 2019, in Camden federal court to two counts of an indictment charging him with conspiracy to commit health care fraud and wire fraud and conspiracy to violate the Anti-Kickback Statute and the Travel Act.

Dr. Oswari is amazing, however, his new staff is horrible. I have been seeing Dr. Oswari since 2003, I have seen the staff change a lot. There has only been a few good ones but the two he has now is HORRIBLE. The last girl they had was amazing, knowledgeable, courteous, friendly, I could go on (she now draws blood for them only, unfortunately ) There is cursing by the receptionist and be prepared to repeat yourself numerous times to her. Unprofessional, doesn't return calls, doesn't know how to simply give blood work results. Waiting to be put in a room is ridiculous, you see no one in the office and you still have to wait for the receptionists to finish their conversations with each other before one of the two will seat you in an examine room. After the visit you will be sent the bill instead of the insurance and have to explain to them why you received it. Very unknowledgeable about billing practices, just an all around horrible STAFF. The doctor is really lowering his… standards and it is a shame because a good doctor is growing such a bad reputation because of who he hires

amazing, shows he genuinely cares about his patients. He was extremely thorough. I would recommend him to any and everyone

He is inhumane. My mother was experiencing a medical emergency and was told he would not see her until her balance was paid. After she used her last to pay the bill he left for the day and did not see her. He is a jerk. I'll be filing a complaint against his license.

The office staff is amazing I never have to wait longer then 10 minutes to be seen. He is very patient and kind. The staff is friendly and extremely sufficient. Ever since there office manager left in 2011 the office has really come out of it's shell. Walking in you feel like family

I moved over a year ago to VA and I am so sad now that Dr. Oswari isn't my doctor. He was great but so was his staff! The staff always greeted the patients and got to know us. And Dr. Oswari always gave me enough time during my visits. Highly recommend. Only downside, is that his waiting room is cramped. I mean, really really cramped. And the flat screen TV never seems to be working.
