Dr. Shaefer told me he was going to use an instrument to touch my eye. I was in a state of panic and shook like a leaf. Ever since i have had blurry vision. I hoped that this waß something like a scratch that would heal. There has been no healing I am willing to bet that repair to my vision is going to cost me a good amount of money. Next, i called the office about my situation, and the girl who answered the phone was rude and treated me as if i didn't know what i was talking about. NO COMPASSION FOR THE FACT I CAN'T SEE!. That insignificant waste of a pay check should be bounced.

Receptionist is not very friendly. Their hours are 8:30-4:30 but no one ever answers the phone. They send everyone right to voicemail after 3pm and won’t call back until the next day.

Dr Schaeffer, initially a quiet man, but I can promise you, he has your best intentions at heart. He helped me thru the most difficult time of my life and continues to today. If it wasn't for him, and his staff, having lost all but less than 10% of my vision truly would have been the most devistating time ever. They give you as much emotional support as your family will. I adore them all.
