DR. GODINEZ, SORRY YOU HAVE GONE FROM THE PRACTICE, OF COURSE THAT'S MY SELFISHNESS. GLAD YOU WILL BE SPENDING MORE TIME WITH YOUR FAMILY AND WHATEVER THE PROFESSIONAL PART TAKES YOU. I WILL MISS YOU!!!

I have been a patient for 4 years now and currently have been perscribed medications for depression and anxiety, i called them to see about having the medications adjusted because they make me feel drunk and fall asleep... i told "Kathy" the receptionist my issue and asked for her to have the dr call me... i was told ok that the dr would call, well after waiting 2 days i called again to see if the message had gotten to the dr and was told the dr wont be in until friday, i say ok thank-you and hang up... i call back friday and was told the dr didnt get to it yet... i say ok thank you and hang up... i call again monday and talked to "Deana" the other receptionist, who was very polite and understanding and personable... she said she would make sure the dr got the message... i call again tuesday morning and "kathy" again answers the phone... and i asked why nobody has,called to give me an answer, all i have gotten was a run around, and she got an attitude and from that point was just rude… to me... and i was crying explaining to her the situation and whats "kathy" do, she hangs up on me as if i dont matter, if a depressed person cant take their meds because they need adjusted, well that should be something done in a timely manner, not make them wait weeks so their depression and anxiety worsens... i even asked myself, whats it going to take for them to listen: offing myself? Cuz thats usually what happens when depression goes untreated... i cry alot daily already and would consider myself severely depressed, & i got ignored and pushed away again by "Kathy" in this office... "kathy", common sense should tell you as a "nurse" its not smart to make an already depressed person even more depressed and make them feel like they arent important... my insurance pays ur salary, so u should really be nicer to the patients... and if u cant be maybe u should find a different line of work... i know of 4 others who also have had issues with "kathy", but the rest of the staff is wonderful...

Dr. Godinez has been the family physician for my elderly parents, my husband and I and our children for at least 8 years. She is the best, She takes time, listens and is very thorough. We have developed a "business" personal relationship with her which is unusual in today's society--she takes an active interest and responsibility for her patients. I hope to never have to change my family physician.

I have been a patient for more than 10 years. Dr. Danielle is the most caring doctor I have ever seen. If you have a problem, she will sit there and listen to everything you have to say. Her bedside manner is perfect. She will do her best to make sure she solves your health issues before you leave her office. If she can't find an answer before you leave, she will work on it until she comes up with an answer for you. I will not see any other doctors again. There is not another doctor out there that is as kind and caring as Dr. Godinez. If you have health issues and need a good doctor, I recommend you make an appointment with her and get the answers you need.

Dr. Danielle Godinez is the first doctor I have been to in years that actually takes the time to listen to me and thouroughly examine and order the necessary tests to complete a diagnosis but not extra unnecessary tests. Thank you Dr. Godinez.

Dr. Godinez is the most concerned doctor I have ever met. She sits with you and listens and doesn't treat you like you are wrong if you believe in alternative methods. I'd just like to know why she isn't in her office for a month.
