Can not contact office by phone ... Will not answer or return calls.

I have been a patient for 3 years, and for the most part I have felt like a second class citizen. If the office staff doesn't give preferential treatment as far as how quickly they get you in, I have totally misjudged them. I have sat in the waiting room anywhere from 30 mins. to 2 hours watching people who came in after me get called back, be seen, and leave, as I sit in the lobby. That is unprofessional no matter what business you are in. In the earlier days I felt like my care was important to all concerned. I don't believe that anymore.

I wish there were more than four stars I could give this doctor's office. Everyone on staff was amazing and I have never felt more comfortable and cared for than at this visit. I am recommending this office to all of my friends and family. Not only did Dr. West address the primary reason for my visit but he took the time to educate me on the diagnosis and follow-up. If you want to feel like a valued individual and know that your time and your health is their primary concern...this is the place for you.

I would call the office repeatedly, but get no answer. I would have to drive there just to schedule an appointment. Several times I went there during the walk-in times to find that the office was closed. The staff has a bad attitude and Dr. West does not like for you to ask questions, saying that it takes time away from other patients.

Dr. West has been treating my family now for 7 years or so. There is no better family doctor out there than him. His staff is wonderful and caring as well. I thank God for him. I would recommend him without reservation to anyone, with the highest regards
