Dr. Daphne Gleit, MD

After many years of seeing a wonderful Team of Drs, due to changes in insurance we decided to see a more local Dr for my children. My review is for several years ago and I never wanted to leave one , because I don’t like to bad mouth anyone, but every time I pass Dr Gleit Caduris office it makes me upset to think she is still taking patients. She diagnosed my son with Celiac and a hernia. Neither were true. We spent an entire summer on a gluten free diet only to find out that my son was backed up with stool and needed miralax. The office staff performed a hearing screening on my son while he faced her pressing the buttons on the audiometer. That’s a signal to anyone to raise their hand. Staff not trained well. Then she charged me $10 to sign a form that was fully completed. Poor business ethics. The staff is friendly, and she does appear to give a thorough checkup, but what is the use if you can’t give a proper diagnosis

Dr Caduri has been my Daughter’s Pediatrician since she was 3 hours old. Dr. Caduri is rare as far as practitioners go. Not only is she knowledgeable but she is empathetic. And her staff is second to none. When you need to speak/see her YES Dr Caduri or Tony calls you right back!

I just moved to the neighborhood and was looking for a new pediatrician. I came across Dr. Gleit-Caduri through searching the internet. It was easy to set up apt, they reviewed my 4 kids records. My daughter had her 1st appointment and she loves her. She's very good with kids and seems very patient. She explained everything to me as well as she was doing my daughters physical. I also recently had to bring my son to urgent care facility because the doc was out on vacation. I got a call a day after from her office inquiring about the urgent care visit and to make an apt for a follow up visit. Now, that is very efficient !!

Dr. Gleit-Caduri was ALWAYS available...any time my husband or I called in an "emergency" with our now 5 and 7 year olds. She always answers off -hours, gives advice in the immediate, and follows up personally. Very easy to fit us in when needed, staff is awesome!!! and, my kids enjoy going (bonus). You are dealing with one Dr., and usually one of 2 wonderful front-women (Toni or Ronnie), and they always treat you as a priority. Consider, before opting for a "group" pediatrics; so many benefits:)

Dr. Daphne has been our pediatrician for over 7 years. We prefer using a sole practitioner office which provides a closer relationship between doctor and patient in my opinion. Dr. Daphne has always answered when we called or called us back in an appropriate time frame. She is an excellent doctor and both of my children love going to her office. She spends as much time as needed with each patient. We never feel rushed or unheard. We highly recommend her.

Dr GC is incredibly supportive, understanding, and intelligent. She never pushes medication unless it is necessary, considers alternative approaches, and is incredibly thorough in diagnosis, treatment, and follow up. She is easy to reach in an emergency and fantastic with follow up. One time I accidently dialed her number and hung up. The office called me back to make sure everything was ok.

We have been using Dr. Gleit-Caduri for approximately three years. In that time, she has been unnecessarily condescending, downright rude at times and has used inappropriate name calling to describe my child at times. She has also been aggressive in our following her suggestions (not medical advice) and if we opt for a different approach she is visibily critical and judgmental of our decision. It has unfortunately reached a point where we are no longer comfortable with her treating our daughter and are looking for a new pediatrician.

Dr. Caduri is a typical doctor who attempts to push Western medicine onto her patients. When questioned she becomes defensive and creates an uncomfortable environment. However and unfortunately when you choose to agree with what she suggests, the appointment runs smooth.
