She made me feel unbelievably uncomfortable both times I had to see her. She was rude and blunt and had a nasty side comment about the fact that I choose not to be on birth control since I'm not planning on a pregnancy. I mean the practice as a whole seems to really push hormonal contraceptives but there are nicer ways to go about making your point and ultimately you should respect the patient's choice.

Great doctor but the office staff is terrible - poor customer service, rude, inefficient. It is not uncommon to be put on hold for 10+ minutes, they interrupt constantly & are rude. It would behoove Dr. Johnson to hire a customer service monitoring firm to observe them in action & recommend follow up training, disciplinary action, etc.

Dr Johnson is one of the few Drs. I can honestly say I trust. She has a great sense of humor and I always feel like I can talk to her. I never feel rushed and she is both smart and empathetic. Although I have to wait sometimes she always spends the needed time with me to answer any questions. Rare nowadays!!
