He’s been giving a family member of mine pills for the past couple years. Doesn’t drug test his patients to make sure they’re taking them. Sad excuse for a doctor. Don’t recommend.

when you have a problem and need to call the office, they have one line, busy constantly, and his receptionist has a "your brothering me kind of a attitude"

This man's attitude toward the elderly seems to be, "They're old and are going to die soon anyway, so why bother with them." I've sat at appointments with my parents where they, or family members have told him of current problems and he totally ignores them. He doesn't ask many questions, always seems to be unfamiliar with their histories, and has omitted telling one of my parents a diagonis he made, causing much worry and confusion. He has acted in a very unprofessional manner to family members. This doctor deserves a rating of zero.

Misdiagnosis, did not follow up or return phone calls.

Not very professional, inaccurate diagnosis. Recommend any other Dr. in group other than Dr. Smeal

Will not return calls personally. Very poor at diagnosis and follow up.
