David Cary Wolf, MD

Dr David Wolf is one of the best if not the best in his field and the staff including Sandy are very dedicated and helpful. Due to misunderstanding on my behalf this review is to superceed previous one that I made sorry for any misunderstanding.

The office communication skills with patients is terrible. No phone etiquette nor are they reliable. Sandy his nurse ,well lets just say that she doesn't help his reputation kept in high regards. I am giving his office a rating of one star only because its the lowest possible score afforded.

He WAS probably a great doctor in his day, but due to his facility of choice and too much going on in his head - he lacks the personality and professional needed in life and death cases. He is quick to get back to you, but unfortunately without correct information. If you really care about your loved one - I would steer clear unless it's just a diagnosis.

His office staff is horrendous, difficulty in getting an appointment, disorganized , terrible followup. I had to leave and get a new doctor.

Dr. Wolf never had time to discuss my husbands condition and also informed me that he was given the cheaper medication for treating his liver condition because of some insurance issues which he was getting. His pestimitic attitdue was very non-caring, waste of his time. His students were more professionals. If my husband was given the better quality of medications perhaps he would of had a chance for a quicker recovery. Dr. Wolf indicated about throwing in the towel a couple of times. When a professional quotes that remark, it is more likely they are talking about their ability to perform as a doctor than the patients condition. I would never recommend Dr. Wolf to anyone if he is not going to treat everyone equal if it weren't because his students had their own mind I would of considered this a scary world to live in.

No doubt in this man's mind that Dr Wolf is one of the finest Doctors this country has..Simply brilliant with a wonderul bedside manner. To bad the bulk of Doctors could not be a little bit more like this chap..He is the Best and I consider myself very lucky indeed to have him as my Doctor.

I was treated by doctor Wolf for my HCV, 2 years after treatment I remain undectable, his assistant was the best person I had ever met and will never forget her kindness and concern for me during my treatment for the HCV.
