This place is absolutely HORRIBLE. I called in on Friday and made an appointment for Tuesday, even though it was urgent. Then I called to confirm my appointment the day of and they didn't have my appointment and I had to make another appointment for the next day. While waiting to make that other appointment I got put on hold 5 times and every time a new person came to tell me that they didn't have my appointment as if I hadn't heard it before. The attendant at the front laughed and said they didn't have my appointment and I had to ask when their next available appointment was because she wasn't going to do anything about it. When I get there the next day I sit in the waiting room for about 15 minutes until she actually comes in and gets my weight and temperature and everything. She then stands in the room expecting me to know that she was ready to know what was wrong. While she was taking my weight and height in the hallway they start speaking Spanish as if I don't understand and make… fun of me for being 16 at a pediatrics, even though pediatrics are until 18 years of age. So in Spanish they are making fun of me for being so old and too tall for my age. I WILL NEVER COME BACK TO THIS PLACE AND I SUGGEST YOU DONT EITHER. Worst doctor ever and I've never been treated so badly.

He is the best doctor I have had. The after hour availability is amazing. You can call and speak to him directly. My daughter has a rate condition and he is always available for her and my other two. He is very caring, compassionate, and funny. We love him!

Recently i called up for a Varecella shot for my child and they quoted me 20$ over the phone and didnt need to be a patient. Upon arrival to appointment Dr Crispin refused to do shot for 20 and wanted 100 said if i wasnt happy go to health department laugh in my face. He is a rip off and is only interested in insurance and money. DO NOT BRING YOUR CHILD HERE! Brasileiris que estao chegando nao percam seu tempo...foram grosso e me fizeram de bobo... Falaram uma coisa e depois. For algo que era 25$ querian cobrar 100$ porque nao eramos paciente... Entao fica a dica por fabor nao percam seu tempo com essa clinica.

I have recommended Dr. Crispin to everyone one I know. He is funny, fun, caring, and kid friendly. I voice my concerns and he listens and gives me feedback. I do not feel rushed and setting an appointment is very easy and always has emergency appointments. The thing I love the most is his after hour availability. When you call after hours you speak directly to him and never anyone else. He is very involved with his patients. Highly recommend!
