Dr. David Scott Crow, MD

We recently had a great experience with Dr. Crow. My son had surgery with a different ENT and had a major bleeding complication, and Dr Crow was on call with Kaiser since it was a Saturday. He was amazing. Came into the office and opened it up just to see us, was so kind to my terrified son, called our other ENT on his cell phone to coordinate emergency surgery, and personally drove in front of us to the hospital to make sure we didn't get lost. He really went above and beyond, and I'm so grateful to him!

Do not go - just go to Oahu.

The staff is horrible and unprofessional. They are rude and the administrative staff tries to give medical advice. They are not qualified. DO NOT GO!

Sticking a instrument up my INFECTED Nose WITHOUT any Cover/Protectant. Plus Diagnose was missed AND, Wrong. DR is Very Nice an asked is there anything els he could do witch is the sign of a Good DR but Needed sec Opinion to get The HONEST help I NEEDED. Nice guy but it doesn't make you a Good Dr. Oh don't expect reminder calls or a 1 time waver on our time being FREE when we are late even calling from the bus but they get $25 if your 4 mins late from bus an Homeless AND used a stranger phone on bus to tell them. Then when I get no reminder call on the Msg line been using same person an phone for this the yrs I have been homeless told Office If I don't call to confirm I don't know about the apt don't keep me scheduled. Now I am asked for $$ I don't have and to see a DOCTOR THAT DOES NOT USE CAPS ON THE LITE HE STUCK INTO MY INFCTED NOSE THEN MY EAR?? HOW MANY OTHER GROSS PLACES ON WHO DID THIS GET STUCK INTO B4 ME?? popped NO CAPON/ OFF Nor wiped with SANITARY Wipe It was DISCUSTING,… This DR SHOULD NOT PRACTICE AGAIN TILL HE GETs REQUALIFIED FOR GERM AN CLENSLINESS and SPREAD OF DIESISE OF A DR.s Office or HOw to NOT SPREAD GERMS BY NO SAFTY CAPS on INSTERMENTS HE USES DAILY TO PUT UP NOSES AN EARS AND MOUTHS FOR THROATS DISCUSTING. Not even Dogs have to deal with that. He was VERY NICE an WILLING to SEND, me to some1 els witch I preferred ANYHOW since my PCP DIAGNOSED more then he could ( AGAIN ) NO NOTICE CALL or REMINDER but you got to pay. WHEN WILL DR.s REALIZE just waiting 1/2 for a appointment COSTS US $$ TOO WE Should be given $25 Everytime THEY are late and see how FAST they are to WAIVE your FEE for YOUR time. Nice GUY CRAPPY OFFICE AN DIRTY even smelt like mold or Reminded me of my Football locker ( witch was shared with the center the middle line Backer and me Lineman/M.Backer. It STUCK once I got past the waiting room to the dr. Rooms GROSS GROSS GROSS is ALL I can say about the Office the FEE theif thing B.S. But he the DR is Very Nice..

Dr. Crow and his staff are warm, welcoming, efficient and most of all skilled at what they do. Dr. Crow is someone I would trust with even the most complicated procedure. His work is meticulous and he is extremely knowledgeable. We are very fortunate to have someone of his caliber on Maui. Much Mahalos!

no good doctor he dont spend time with you i wait for apt 2 months . he sew me just 5 min he made do blood test and charge me 500$ this is joke be aware from him no friendly stuff too

Dr. Crow is way overbooked. I know he is the only show in town, but it really is hard to get to see him. Sometimes it takes months to get an appointment, which can be detrimental when you have a serious illness. Office staff never calls to confirm appointments. I asked them onc\e time about it, and they just matter of factly said, oh we never call to confirm. I guess he is so overbooked that they don't miss you if you don't show! He is a great surgeon for sure. But he never has once called me personally to go over a path report or test report. Even after calling the office over and over. I've waited a whole month to get really important results again, even with calling and being a pest. I now arrange to receive test results myself so I don't have to rely on the office. Bottom line though is that he is an excellent surgeon and we are lucky to have him here on Maui.

My experience with Dr. Crow was fairly good except that I had to wait for a long time to see him because he is popular and also very few choices of ENT doctors here on Maui. Due to the lack of choice and competition of ENT doctors on Maui, the office manager, Judy is very rude and she treats patients badly. I have mixed feelings about the doctor too. He doesn't seem to supervise his staff well to treat patients with courtesy and respect.

I've had several procedures done by Dr.Crow, some medical and some cosmetic.I also see him for thyroid issues. Everytime I feel totally taken care of by the staff adn Dr.Crow. I do have to wait quite a while but it's always worth it. Once inside my appointment the Dr. is always 100 % attentive to my needs.

I come from off island and so the staff always make sure that when I make appoitment that I am seen and every effort of doing blood work is done prior to my visit. He does a god job in the exam period.
