Dr. David Dean Brill, MD

Never have any delays or problems when I visit Dr. Brill. They get you in and out with any long delays. His staff is very professional and kind. I strongly recommend Dr. Brill if you are looking.

My wife and I have trusted Dr. Brill almost five years and have absolutely no complaints from him. Very respectful, knowledgeable, accurate with his diagnosis and always willing to listen and help. I wish there were more medical professionals like him.

Dr. Brill is one of the nicest and most accommodating doctors I've ever met. He is patient and listens well. My only criticism is that despite having a somewhat serious chronic health issue, he almost never examines me- no stethoscope, or any other basic checks. Even after being released from hospital stays he doesn't check me. Not saying he's a bad doctor, but maybe I'm just used to a different style.

He has a very rude person who answers the phone and greets us at the front desk. She has an unpleasant, snippy, and impatient tone, even sighs sometimes, as if she can't wait for us to get off the phone. I believe her name is Sandra. She should not be working with people, much less ill and stressed out people. I have considered finding another doctor because of her rudeness, but I like Dr Brill and the rest of the staff very much.

Dr. Brill is a good physician and I appreciate his attention to detail and his willingness to discuss the basis and context of his diagnosis. However, when you call, you are treated very poorly and with little respect as a patient or a client. They make it very difficult or impossible to get information or answers, even if Dr. Brill asks you to follow up with him. I would advocate for a complete retraining of staff who answer the phone on customer service. If this behavior was subject to HCAHPS scoring I'm certain there would be immediate change.

Not good at diagnosis, cannot be trusted; has rude and lazy staff

Nice to be sick when you can see Dr. Brill. Very good at what he does.

We have gone to a lot of doctors and Dr Brill is one of the only one that has spent time to get to know us. He is a very in the know. I would recommend him to my family and friends. I can't say enough good about him.

Dr Brill is great, and works with you and finds everything to help out whatever the issue your having. Thank you Dr Brill & staff!

Dr. Brill and his staff told me several things that were not accurate. His resident or student doctor told me I had a bulging ear drum along with fluid in my ear which was completely untrue. Dr. Brill and his nursing staff told me all of my Lab Work was within normal ranges when three of the categories were absolutely not in the normal ranges - which is why I went to doctor in first place. I had a very rude encounter with his front desk receptionist when I called to speak with Dr. Brill about my results. She said I would be unable to speak with the doctor. BE YOUR OWN HEALTH ADVOCATE and look at the lab results yourself. I would have not known my levels were off, had I not asked for a copy of the report myself. I would not recommend Dr. Brill or his staff.
