I found Dr. Goldstein helpful, knowledgeable and pleasant for the 15 minutes he spent with me. However, his staff are less pleasant and less responsible. I spent over 3-weeks trying to call the number on their website to change my appointment and no one ever answered or called back. I finally reached out to another doctors staff in their group and they put me through to another number. Someone finally called back and said they would let me know if my change in date worked for the doctor. Again, no one returned the call though the appointment was less than one week away. I finally got through calling today only to be told my appointment was set, despite the fact that no one called me to let me know. Due to frustration, I cancelled the appointment. It is too bad, actually as I am sure Dr. Goldstein would have done a great job!

Needed prompt visit for two issues. I was able to schedule in 48 hours. Dr. Goldstein took enough time to do his checkout and answer all my questions.

Dr. Goldstein has been my gastroenterologist since I was 12 or 13 years old. He has always been kind, gentle and he tells it like it is. He was the doctor who diagnosed me with Crohn’s years ago, and I will continue visiting him, when needed, as long as he is practicing.
