Dr. David Schneider, MD

Dr. Schneider has been our PCP for many years. His wealth of experience and knowledge is so helpful in finding answers to our health concerns and problems. He supported prior to a major surgery, doing all my prep work and was encouraging which was so helpful. He's a generous, caring man and I can't imagine my husband or I having anyone else as our PCP. Every aspect of my general health has all improved under his care.

This is probably one of the worst doctors you could ever go to. Rude and horrible bedside manner. Has serious problems with filling prescriptions and blaming on the pharmacy. Takes personal calls during appointments. Treats his staff horrible. Lastly does not spend the time to help treat the patient until is too late. Surprised he has not been sued.

doesn't seem to treat patients like they are important

Major mess up. Mis-read an EKG of mine as abnormal, and their older style EKG machine also printed out the word "abnormal" at the top of my EKG paper. Went to specialist IN ABQ, EKG was perfectly normal. Though he admitted to this mistake, I ended up having more tests. Everything normal. His mistake cost me a whole lot of money. Also, tends to run VERY late for appointments. Get an early appointment, or you will end up in the late appointment maze.

I have always been seen in an emergency. I have to wait but not unusually long. The staff is very friendly. It is like a typical small town Dr's office. Everyone knows you. They ask about your family members. I am very comfortable and feel they really care. The MA's always say hi! even when their busy.

I was there a while back with an infection on my leg. He prescript sulpher based medication I has a bad reaction to. He blamed it on the herbal supplements I had taken for years. This man is the rudest doctor I have ever encountered and his knowledge does not make up for the rudeness. The two other reviews are totally right. Phone call during visit from his kids and the timer went off 3 to 4 times during the visit. He thinks he knows it all and doesn't listen to his patients concerns. He doesn't care about or for people and is in the wrong business.

The most unprofessional Dr. I have ever seen. He takes phone calls while he's supposed to taking care of you, he times himself with a beeper, and gets bugged when you ask him anything else other than what your there to see him for. The rest of the staff, is very rude and impersonal. Sometimes he runs late and makes you wait longer than your supposed to be there.
