Staff are excellent, Dr. Finkelstein personalized my visit, all concerns/questions answered, no problems!

I love Doctor Finkelstein. He is so personable and had great bed side manners. I don’t mind waiting because I know he’s going take time with me and I’m not going to feel rushed. This doctor truly cares.

My daughter and I waited for over an hour for a five minute appointment. We were given a prescription for acne and left. I would not reccomend him unless you do not mind waiting.

Of Course there was a wait time, which i would expect with any doctor worth seeing. The doctor and staff were great from the moment i walked in all the way through when I checked out. His diagnosis are always on point. Dont always believe what you read. Some of these reviews are ridiculous. You cant please everyone.

Booked appointment months in advance. Made me wait 1-1/2 hours and still didn't see me. Disgraceful and unprofessional.

Good doctor but every time I go I have to wait in his back office at least an hour, then he is with me only 5 minutes.

THE ABSOLOUTE WORST EXPERIENCE!

The office staff were rude and indifferent at best. I waited for over an hour to be seen - no apologies or explanation. I was there for a routine skin check.Dr. Finklestein was disinterested and abrupt and spent less than 5 minutes with me after I had waited over an hour in his office. Very poor bedside manner and seems full of himself. I would not recommend him to others seeking a dermatologist.

This doctor is not caring nor concerned for his patient's well-being. He is rude, abrasive and disrespectful. His staff appear to be equally discourteous and dismissive. The office is run like a zoo - with one of the employees kid running around as if the office were a day care center. I would NOT recommend Finkelstein to anyone. Go elsewhere, I did.
