My mother just went to see this doctor and her experience was absolutely atrocious and outright unacceptable!! He had no "bedside manners"! My Mom obviously has a pinched nerve and (after waiting 45 minutes after her scheduled appointment time) he poked on her making her ball her eyes out in pain and he didn't even offer her a tissue. Then, after telling her he can't give a diagnosis because her muscles are too tight, he left the room leaving her to get up off of the table (she was lying on her stomach) by herself! It took her 5 painful minutes to get off the table by herself! So here she is crying as she walked out of the building and having to hold on to walls to get to her car!! Some employees from another business saw her, offered her a wheelchair and water, and helped her to her car. An absolutely horrifying and most painful doctor's visit she has ever had.

Dr. Lancaster is a wonderful doctor. If you have pain or have a puzzling condition, he is really good at listening to your problem and figuring it out.
