Dr. David Garrigues provides nonsurgical spine care and diagnostics to Spine Team Texas patients at the clinic in Allen, Texas. Although Dr. Garrigues was born in France, he considers himself an adopted Texan after coming here for college. “Minus a few years in Chicago and North Carolina for training, I’ve spent more time in Texas than anywhere else” he says. He is fluent in English, French, Italian, and Spanish.When asked what the most rewarding part of his career is, he doesn’t hesitate to say: “Giving patients their lives back. Whatever their particular condition is-from an acute injury to a painful chronic condition — helping patients get better and developing a relationship with them is very fulfilling.”

Dr. Garrigues is very caring, very kind and explained throughly my problems and concern of my upper & lower back, my out of balancing walking. He also respect of my decision of my needs to try it and will give me time to try then see him in 3 months. His office staff are very courteous and kind. Thank him a lot to see and use his clinic at Prosper instead of Allen. We are only about 5 to 10 minutes from our house.

Dr. Grarrigues was very thorough and explained everything very well. His staff was accommodating and helpful. I highly recommend this practice!

When I went to Spine Team I thought my life was over. The pain I had in my back was unlike anything I have ever experienced. It took longer for the procedure to alleviate my pain than I had hoped for but now I am feeling like a new man. Thank you Dr. Garrigues and a big thanks to all of your staff and aids. Accept my apologies for blubbering like a baby during my last procedure.

I have been seeing Dr. Garrigues for some time now. The doctor has helped improve my quality of life and continues to do so. I have 100% confidence and trust in Dr. Garrigues.
