Dr. David E. Hagan, MD

I saw Dr. Hagen twice, once for an initial appointment, once for a follow up. The first appointment was fine but I honestly didn't feel like he really listened to anything I said. He would ask questions that were answered by things I had just finished saying. The second appointment was terrible, I didn't see him until almost two hours past the scheduled time, one of the nurses was very dismissive and said that that is how it is in a surgery clinic. That visit lasted about 5 minutes where he sent me for another test and told me he was likely going to do nothing for me.

He made several suggestions of a pathway to diagnosis and recovery to which all were untrue and his time that he spent with me was minimal which in turn made me feel as though I was not of any high priority to him. I spent days in the hospital with a high level of pain with a minimum amount of pain management. Perhaps he has been in this profession for far too long and needs to hang it up. His staff was short and very lackadaisical. I would personally avoid his practice at all cost.
