Sadly, Dr. Hartenbower has retired, but he was unquestionably one of the best members of his profession I have ever encountered.

Not good, I've seen him several times (since 2010) , and he is absent minded, definetly 'forgetful'. He's almost always in a rush, walks out the door forgetting to do several things - in which I have to remind him ! He's not that organized , his files .... even knowing where to find what meds I'm on ! I'm definetly looking ... for a new physician. He does have a very pleasant personality.

I have visited Dr. Hartenbower about 4 times over the last 2 years to deal with small to moderate problems. It usually takes about 5 minutes on the phone to get an appointment within 36 hours. The team is very professional. Dr. Hartenbower himself is always a joy to see; he reduces stress by being lighthearted, but there is nothing lighthearted about his professionalism. My visits to Dr. Hartenbower are always quick, painless, and accurate. I feel safe with Dr. Hartenbower's expertise and know that whenever I am ill, help is just a few miles away.

Dr. Hartenbower is like a breath of fresh air in the medical industry. He is caring and very professional. He has a great bedside manner...very funny! He diagnosed me and followed up quickly. I was very impressed and have recommended him to my friends.

Dr. Hartenbower is one of the nicest & most caring doctors I've ever seen. He is great at following up & making sure his patients get the best care possible.

If you really enjoy the personal attention and professionalism that patients received 20 years ago but hard to find today, this is your doctor. My husband was very sick with an acute bacterial infection and Dr. Hartenbower instantly diagnosed and treated it. He was so good that I became his patient also.

Great bedside manner and listening...Not great with diagnosing my particular problem. Was able to refer and take my complaints seriously. Very kind man.
