His staff is very rude. They are very unfriendly and very unprofessional. the provider is nice but working with his staff is a nightmare especially his staff JOSIE . The most unprofessional person ive ever talk to.
In my opinion Dr parks and his staff are the most incompetent people I have ever ran across. Had me on medication for 6 months before ANOTHER Dr told me I was allergic to the medication in spite of me constantly telling the PA's that I thought something was wrong. At one point they didn't even have me in the files as their patient. Worse experience with any Dr ever. Almost caused me to go permantly blind. His PA's haven't a clue as to what there're doing. How can anyone just look at you and say you're ok without blood work or a examination? I refused to follow up with this Quack
