Dr. David Ray Jourgensen, MD

This doctor was terrible. he saw me for work injuries and did nothing. He withholds important diagnostics and blocked my MRI and x-rays for as long as he could. he billed my workers comp insurance stating all the treatments, and other medicine he dispensed himself, was justified along with more office visits. i terminated him through workers comp when I hired an attorney. I then later find out he was reason that I lost over a million dollars in disability benefits. he said on workers compensation forms that I was unable to peform the essential duties of my job, so it would allow more visits. But after being fired, he completed the claim forms for the insurance company for my disability which would have been $120,00 a year the rest of my life, and said I never had any limitations, full duty at work, and there was no real injuries to me? How does that make me unable to perform the essential duties of my job? He mocked me for using a cane the VA doctor had given to me after nothing from… this clinic, and he looked at a foot xray and threw it on the floor in front of me saying nothing wrong, and later that xray was no where to be found when I tried to get a second opinion, lost forever. Reporting this fraudster with a thin skin for cheating me out of my stable benefits. I wouldn't take my deceased animal to him for treatment....stay away from this con man......

What brought me in was tough enough, then having to endure him basically interrogating me left me in more tears and feeling at a loss. He was short, uncaring and unattentive. He was uncaring to the point of him taking my private business in conversation outside of the room where anyone could hear leaving me in tears.
