Dr. David Haipong Lau, MD

Dr. Lau is the best doctor that we have ever seen. My mom is very fortunate to have received his care during May this year when a lot of the doctors’ offices were closed due to pandemic. During the office visit, Dr. Lau demonstrated excellent bedside manner. Following the office visit, Dr. Lau remained very accessible and accommodating. He responded to all of our questions and concerns in a timely manner. We truly appreciated his time and patience. Dr. Lau also possesses great medical skills. He explained the test results in clear manner and most importantly he prescribed the right medications which had helped my mom alleviate her symptoms. He was also very open and honest about the medication’s side effects. I found Dr. Lau to be a very trustworthy doctor. He is also very kind and caring. His willingness to spend his personal time to address patient’s issues or concerns is highly regarded by his patients. I highly recommend him to anyone who needs medical care.

All doctors are busy, 99% can’t even identify their returning patients without looking at their chart. Many ignores the patients’ concern and rush thru appt to see more patients. I know we aren’t supposed to be treated this way but we get “used to it”. My dad went to see Dr. Lau for the 1st time and dr Lau perform very thorough examination and addresses all of my dads concerns. He also point out other problems my dad might have that’s not in his field of practice. It is very reassuring to have such a great doctor to care for my dad!

Great bedside manner, knowledgeable and professional. I came to see Dr. Lau with my husband who was in the ER a few days early. Dr. Lau was very thorough in examining my husband. He was equally patient in explaining his conditions and answered all our questions and concerns. His professionalism is the same on the subsequent visits.

Dr Lau performed the pacemaker implantation for my 87 years old father. He was impressively patient and thorough in explaining the details of the procedure. He also seemed genuinely cared for his patients. We felt extremely fortunate to have Dr Lau!

Dr. Lau is professional, caring, kind and patient. He put extra efforts in requesting a noninvasive test for me. I really appreciated it. Dr. Lau took time to explain the test results. He listened to my concerns and thoroughly answered all my questions. His bedside manner is excellent.

Dr Lau spends time with me and is very accommodating. He goes through all details and answers all my questions - and I have lots of them too! Although he's hard to reach during the day, he always calls back at the end of the day to address any concerns and questions.

Dr. Lau is one of the greatest doctor I've met. Very thorough.
