Went in explained what was happening. Within those 2 minutes he knew the issue I had been having with Carpal Tunnel. Very patient, manner able, knowledgeable! He gives you time to asked questions and give you input in a very through.

Listened to me, took time and answered my questions very satisfactorily, gave good diagnosis.

Dr. MacDonald was concerned, efficient, knowledgeable and kind. He explained what was needed and answered all questions. The staff was very nice and helpful as well.

I'm not a person that worries about waiting for the doctor's appointment. I was an electrician for 35 years and if I said I would be there in 30 minutes it was probably going to be an hour and if I said it would be done in an hour it'll probably be done in an hour and a half. I care mostly about the doctors and the nurses. Dr McDonald is one of the best doctors I've seen. If you've had an MRI he takes the film out and he shows you every detail of what's going on with your arm as you explain what you feel. Very few doctors care enough to get their patients in on their own care. He's one of the best.

Usually a hour wait time if its later morning into afternoon but its worth the wait he is one of the best and basically rebuilt my wrist last year and able to use my wrist and hand now . Very pleased with the outcome .

Dr Macdonald was courteous and informative. The first time I met him. He took great care of my problems and I think I am on the mend finally.. He also did a hip replacement on my best friend the same day and she was most happy as well. Surgery was last Friday for both of us so we are still recovering. Very good choice.

Very personable and explain the situation with my finger. He he offered a quick fix, which I took, and said the cyst may come back. But there is a chance it won’t. We will see. Easy to make an appointment, got on quickly and office visit was timely

Each visit is pleasant, fast and reassuring. Dr. Macdonald always puts his patients first no matter the situation.

Dr Macdonald did not hesitate when I informed him I had a foreign object in my hand and that it had been in my hand over eight years. I have been to multiple doctors for this issue, one doctor tried to get it out of my hand around the time it happened and was unsuccessful, another doctor did xrays and told me nothing was in my hand, then said if there is it will work itself out on its own in a year or two. I made the appointment with Dr Macdonald, he did multiple xrays. I don't know if anything was found on the xrays but he proceeded with the surgery and removed the item from my hand. He is the only doctor that believed me when I told him that something was stuck in my hand.
