I'm very satisfied with my visit. Dr. Reynolds Was very knowledgeable and the staff was very friendly. I"'m grateful for the help they provided me.

The best visit I have had to a doctor in a long time. Friendly, understanding, and funny. I left happy.

Dr. Reynolds does an excellent job coordinating my care with my other physicians. He is very engaged, and engaging, in discussing my symptoms and their treatment.

A good neurologist (intellectually). He seems very educated but sadly that's all. He's not personable so talking to him about my symptoms and how I felt was difficult. He doesn't seem to care and become quite skeptical of some of the symptoms i've experienced. Follow up appt is for you to keep track of. The staff never remembered or care enough to call and remind you. Staff there aren't that friendly either. I wouldn't recommend him if you're looking for a long term neurologist.

My 13 year old daughter was scheduled to have a nerve conduction study on her RIGHT lower arm, wrist and hand. Reynolds began by placing the electrical stimulus units on her LEFT arm!! After we told him he had the wrong arm, he barbarically RIPPED the sticky electrodes off of her arm (tearing off hair and skin in the process) and placed them on the correct arm. Seeing that my daughter was scared, I asked her if she'd like to go elsewhere for the test. Reynolds said, "What did you say?!", and proceeded to RIP the electrodes off of her arm and storm out of the room!! I have never experienced such poor bedside manner OR lack of professionalism in my life. My daughter will have to continue living with excruciating pain in her right wrist and hand until we find a competent doctor.
