Eye health is probably one of the most vital aspects of the body to me, and I trust Dr. Rodman implicitly. Professional, courteous, respectful. A true gentleman. Thank you for being my eye doctor.

Waited over 2 hours to see the doctor. I recently had surgery, so to get out of the house and spend over 2 hours sitting in a chair waiting to see the doctor was not easy for me.

Lousy concern for patients.

Dr. Rodman is a kind and gentle person. He took plenty of time with me and his staff is very professional.

Dr. Rodman is very gentle and polite but most importantly he is an excellent eye doc. with vast experience and competence. I feel comfortable and secure in his care.

I have been seeing Dr. Rodman for years and he recently left Buffalo General and is only seeing patients through Buffalo Medical Group now which helps eliminate the long "clinic" waiting times. He really knows his stuff and spends a lot of time going through everything with you. He is very thorough and very polite.

The waiting was horrific. It must have been "welfare" day or something at his office in Buffalo General. Seems the whole office was filled with derelicts.

I waited over 2 hours to see Dr. Rodman. He did spend a good amount of time with me. It was his receptionist that was horrific. She was rude and condescending when I called about a problem getting my prescription filled. She never did call back to fix the problem as she said she would. Dr. Rodman wasn't helpful with the issue either.
