I went to the ER and had glasser as my provider. He was extremely rude, not empathetic and demeaning. Was an extremely stressful experience and I was feeling very unwell. I had to go get a second opinion because seeing him was useless.

Not a good experience at all. Rude and absolutely not empathetic. One of the worst medical experiences I've ever had. Felt judged the whole time and walked out worse off due to stress of the experience.
