My husband has been under the care of Dr V now for 15 years and we have always been provided excellent care and top notch treatment. Wouldn’t consider going anywhere else.

No one ever calls back, no one answers appointment desk calls, nurse never returns phone calls, MUST NOT BE IN BUSINESS ANYMORE, CALL A DIFFERENT NEUROLOGIST!!

Dr Villasana treated my wife for years and was always a caring and dedicated phys., was always available even through Hospice care. Even though I have lost my Barb, he and his staff will always be remembered.

I found Dr. Villasano to be patient, attentive, and caring. He is one of the very nicest doctors I have ever seen.

I took my mother to see Dr. Villasana after she was diagnosed in the hospital with Parkinson's. It was the most unprofessional doctor visit I have ever been a part of. He had absolutely NO bedside manner and beyond that he was rude and insulting He actually described her as a "zombie." Shame on you Dr. Villasana! As a neurologist and someone who has worked with Parkinson's patients one would think you would have a little more tact. Even a 1st grader knows name calling is hurtful. If I could give you an overall ZERO that would be my score!!

Horrible is not the word, the false stars for this Dr. are clearly put up jobs to increase his ratings. Medical practice should be treated with more respect as it is not just a job and deals with peoples lives.

Heidi does not know current treatment for cluster headaches and wants to treat all headaches as migraines. I recommend continuing educating for her to learn that high flow oxygen at home is recommened for cluster headache suffers. Heidi does not follow up when she knows something is going on, you have to come in to see her,even if you were there less than a month ago. Villisana needs to follow her cases closer. She misdiagnoses tension and cluster headaches as fancy migraines. Villisana is good but seems to send all of his headache cases to Heidi. Nurse Tracy is wonderful, she cares, and she follows up. Tracy in the front can be rude and has a mouth on her.

As a nurse I worked with Dr. Villasana at Kennestone Hospital over a ten year period. Also worked with other neurologist at Kennestone. Dr. Villasana by far had the best instincts. He was amazing with the patients and their families. He would spend as much time as the patients and families needed to answer all their questions and concerns. I saw him walk families through difficult decisions such as end of life issues. He diagnosed patients, sent them to UAB for second opinions and they would tell the patients that he did every thing they would do and to continue treatment with him. He may not show pain patients much compassion but those with complex neurological problems he is outstanding. Therefore when I needed a neurologist I went to him. He did a great job, got me to the neurosurgeon and I am symptom free!
