Dismissed all of my concerns and the fact I’ve had 6 ear infections I’m 10 months. Said it was “allergies” and that nothing was wrong with me even though he could see “lots of scarring”. Very arrogant and rude.

He was dismissive of my questions and concerns and was only in the exam room for a couple minutes and the floors were dirty

This was a terrible experience. He is rude and arrogant. No bedside manner.

This was my first time visiting with Dr. Stein as my previous doctor is now retired. I was nervous about whether or not he and I would mesh. After my initial visit with him, I was very pleased. He is gentle, polite and courteous in his bedside manner. Also, did not mind explaining what he was doing and what to expect. My overall experience at ENT was great> :0)

He never introduced himself nor really explained to me my medical situation. Very arrogant!!! I left that visit with very little information ex cpet how great he is.
