Dr. Dawn Martin-Herring

I absolutely love Dr. Martin Herring. She has amazing bedside manners, active listener, and has a very caring Demeanor. I trust her so much and it is very difficult for me to trust any provider. I’ve had bad experiences where doctors just talk and don’t listen nor explain things. It’s hard to be effective in your own treatment when you encounter these types of physicians. Some people inflict their opinions without listening to the patient . I firmly believe she listens and does right by her patients. I feel incredibly lucky to be her patient.

It's hard to get an app. with Dawn but she is worth the wait . Love this Dr.

Dr. Herring seems to be a nice person (on the outside)...however, every time I went to her office I had to wait over an hour to finally see her and then after all that wait she would only see me for 15 minutes or less...that would always tick me off so bad....however, I can say in some instances...she tried to figure out my issues...but after at least a year....I finally had to decided to go somewhere else...she didn't seem to know what else to do or recommend....or really sincerely care....that was a couple of years ago and unfortunately I'm still dealing with the same pain...I'm seeing another doctor now...but I'm probably going to go to Charlotte...I'm not real sure if a lot of doctors in Shelby really care anymore
