Dr. Dean T Filion, DO

Doctor Filion, is very conservative, he goes step by step according with the symptoms the patient has. He does not rush into MRI, shots, or surgery. He first wants to give the opportunity to heal in the most natural way. He listens and shows that he cares. I would recommend Doctor Filion to anyone

The Dr is a good one. I like him and the results he provides, but his staff is super rude. Beware...

Dr Filion was our high school doctor during 2001-2005 when I attended. He performed a complete ACL reconstruction. I was a very big, BIG patient in terms of weight. 15 years later, the surgery he performed has still been a success. I am in a physical industry where my knee is everything. I couldn’t be happier with the turnout.

My daughter was hit by a tractor trailer and I did not want her to see a "lawyer" doctor. Dr Fillion's staff stated they did not want to deal with car accident. I explained that I wanted her to see a real doctor and get a better standard of care because her injuries and getting proper treatment were primary. He gave her minimal, substandard care and did not want to be bothered. The office staff consistently billed the wrong insurance, then arrogantly insisted that it was not their fault. I requested they work with her paralegal to get it straightened out, only to be screamed at by an arrogant and unprofessional staff. Her benefits are in network with United Healthcare. The never billed United Healthcare, but put it through car insurance and refused to listen as they were told multiple times how to bill. The nastiness of the staff, coupled with the total disregard of the doctor for a 20 year old who is in terrible pain was just a really bad experience. Maybe he just wants to do school… checkups rather then be a real doctor. I'm disgusted by the whole experience with them.,

Dr. Filion is a great guy. Super welcoming, relaxed, and easy to talk to. He is very attentive and eager to help you get better. Fixed my knee problems that I have been having for years from soccer. Would definitely recommend.

Listened carefully and asked good questions to understand my situation. Spent time with me, explaining my options and his recommentations. Straight-forward and specific, and took into account my preferences.

I was referred to Dr. Filion from a colleague. I was not happy with the Orthopedic Surgeon that I first went to and found that Dr. Filion listened to me and had the goal of getting me back to running again. Love that the rehab is in the same building so that there is communication and continuity of the medical care and rehabilitation. Thumbs Up!!

Great guy who listened and treated me with respect. Very relaxed, chill visit, and we talked alot of soccer as he played in college and his kids play

YUP THAT'S RIGHT HE ACTUALLY WAS TAKING PERSONAL PHONE CALLS ON HIS CELL DURING MY OFFICE VISIT! IS THAT UNPROFESSIONAL OR WHAT! I DON'T LIKE IT WHEN THE CASHIER AT THE GROCERY STORE IS ON THE CELL - NEVER MIND YOUR DOCTOR.

referred by a friend to see Dr. Filion who was great. Staff was very helpful and PT facility on site was better than expected. I am a 60 year old, non athletic , female who was treated with total attention and respect. Sent my 10 year old grandaughter, who has scoliosis, who liked him as well.
