She did my arm, wrist and hand surgery a few years ago. Never have had ONE problem since. She's also VERY nice to her patients.

Dr Mercer is the reason I have a fully functioning hand. After a table saw hit every finger on my left hand and two other surgeons concluded I would lose two fingers and my thumb, I happened to be put in Dr Mercer's hands for surgery. Her determination to save my fingers and thumb proved successful. Follow up appointments displayed her sincere concern for my well being. It was a 3.5 hour drive to follow up appointments and I would do it all again in order to be taken care of by her. What an amazing doctor!

Terrible experience, waited over an hour receptionist wasn't helpful at all, finally was seen but by intern or someone not Dr. Mercer. I was very upset intern didn't make any sense or explain anything barely even looked at my finger let alone examine it. By the time Dr. Mercer came in I was already very upset, also she came in with three other people without my permission felt very awkward. Dr. Mercer didn't explain anything regarding my injury also felt like she was talking down to me overall very disappointing for me and I paid 185$ for it WASTE OF MONEY!!!

I am so pleased with my experience with Deana Mercer. She went out of her way to help me. I wish all doctors where like her.

I need more stars! Very caring, accessible, and communicative. I didn't think doctors like this really existed.
