Very happy with Dr. Jain and his staff. My wife and I have been patients for over four years now and cannot say enough about this wonderful doctor and his staff. In addition, on site phlebotomist is the best ever.

I would rate this office lower than a 1 star if I could. The doctor's office received my ultrasound report and never called me. When I followed up with radiology group as to the status of the report, I found out the doctor's office had the report for a week. The results were abnormal and I had to have a biopsy! I finally found out that information after I left the doctor's office a nasty message asking for my results. The doctor's office made me a biopsy appointment that would have required me to wait 3 weeks so I called a different facility and went there for the biopsy within a week. The doctor's office has now had the biopsy report for almost a week and they still haven't called me with the results (although they promise me everyday that the doctor will call THAT day). The office staff and the doctor's response time to the needs of patients are TERRIBLE!! I will be finding a new doctor and I suggest you do too. I would NEVER trust this group to manage my health care or the… health care of my family.

Never contacted me for follow up by mail or phone call. A month later I had to call and wait at least 10 minutes to get some information
