It is a shame Loyola took over Gotlieb. Loyola only cares for one thing the bottom line. Their lack of vision and concern for patients' health has a negative impact on all. Since they took over it is harder to get an appointment and they dictate how much time md's can spend with patients.

The office staff is terrible and rude. She is closed on Mondays, so you have to call back on Tuesday to schedule an appointment or go to the Emergency Room. Referrals are a joke - had a specialist doctor fax her information so I could get an additional referral for my follow-up appointment, and the office just IGNORED the fax. Showed up for my next appointment with this specialist and was told they never received the referral from my PCP. Had to drive to my PCP's office and demand the referral because they were too "busy" in the office to fax one over to the doctor so I could continue with my appointment. Keep in mind, the original fax from my specialist doctor was sent a month previously... you would think, at some point, they weren't busy and could have contacted me instead of just ignoring it. This office is just terrible and I would rather go without a PCP than go back here for one more visit.

Dr. S is very caring and made me feel extremely comfortable. She was spot on with her diagnosis.
