Although Dr Woodlaw is an excellent doctor, her staff including the office manager is extremely unprofessional in the way they speak with patients, the hold times are utterly ridiculous. The manager, the most unprofessional has no empathy for patients complaints and definitely doesn’t have any couth.

Dr. Wardlaw is a godsend to me. She listens to my health concerns and responds in a manner that’s clear. She takes her time with me and follows up. In addition she has pleasant staff. I know I can present to Dr. Wardlaw with any healthcare concern and feel confident that she will address it in the best way possible.

Dr. Wardlaw has been my primary care physician for several years now and has always provided the absolute best care, and I believe, best advice and treatment during every visit for every issue. She takes the time to be caring even while maintaining a very efficient office. Even during this difficult time (pandemic), Dr. Wardlaw has been responsive to my inquiries and concerns. I highly recommend her!

This Doctor is awful. She is not conscientious; her follow through is terrible, little or none; does not make herself part of team of specialist for quality of care. My mother was discharged to hospice after a hospitalization there was absolutely no follow through from her practice. My family had to reach out to her. My mother continues with her as a PCP not because she is a good doctor, but because at he age she does not choose change. I would not recommend anyone to her. If you choose her as your PCP I would advise for you to be the conscientious one!
